Terms and conditions

Indicative structure. Final clauses must be validated by the operator.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the seasonal rental of Villa Container Fitou (furnished tourism accommodation, 130 sqm, up to 8 guests), booked directly on this site, with no intermediary and no platform commission.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed by a 30 % deposit via secure Stripe payment.
The 70 % balance is due 30 days before arrival. A payment link is sent at the due date.
The total price (rental, plus cleaning and tourist tax if applicable) is shown before payment.

3. Holiday insurance (no security deposit)

No security deposit is taken. The guest attests on their honour to hold holiday insurance covering the stay and undertakes to provide the certificate before arrival.

4. Capacity and use

The property is let for temporary residential use, within the stated capacity. The heated pool is secured by a sliding terrace; its use is the guest's responsibility, in particular regarding children.

5. Cancellation

Firm policy: no refund within 30 days of arrival. See the cancellation policy. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

6. Check-in and departure

7. Business booking and invoicing

A business customer may request an invoice showing the net amount, 10 % VAT (tourism accommodation rate) and the gross total. Company name, registration number, intra-EU VAT and billing address are collected in the booking flow.
